Zh. Ertaev elected as acting president of Eurasian Bank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/IRBIS, Natalya Vaguina, May 26, 08/ - Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of category "A" official list, provided KASE with an extract from the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank, of May 22, 2008. According to the provided document the Board of Directors of the bank made the following decisions: - to prematurely terminate authorities of the president of the Bank V. Dordzhiev beginning May 22, 2008; - to elect Zh. Ertaev as an acting president of the bank beginning May 22, 2008. To concord the candidature of Zh. Ertaev in the Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations. [2008-05-26]
