/IRBIS, Vitaliy Tomskiy, May 7, 08/ - In April of 2008 the total volume of transactions made on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) in dollar terms increased by 30.4% relative to the previous month and totaled an equivalent of $23,596.5 m. In tenge, the growth is estimated at 30.2% and the volume of exchange operations at KZT2,842.8 bn.
The volume of exchange operations decreased by 5.2% in dollar and 6.4% in tenge terms relative to April, 2007
