/KASE, 03.04.08/ - Kazakhstan Development Bank JSC (Astana, hereinafter - the bank), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "A" official list, provided to KASE the extract from the protocol of the meeting of Board of Fund of Sustainable Development Kazyna JSC (Astana), which is the only bank's shareholder, held on March 14, 2008. According to the submitted document, the only bank's shareholder made the following decisions: - approve the Regulations on the bank's Board of Directors; - approve the Code of Bank's Corporate Management, recognized as lost its effect the Code of Bank's Corporate Management, approved by the shareholders general meeting of March 20, 2006; - approve and changes and additions to the Memorandum of the Bank's Credit Policy.
