According to the provided document the sole shareholder of bank accepted the next decisions: - to stop ahead of time the authorities of Chairman of Directors' board and exclude Sembin Askar from the staff of Directors' board since December 3, 2007; - to select Sagyndykov Mukan as Chairman of bank's Board of directors since December 3, 2007.
