Exchange council of KASE refused to include bonds KZPC1Y05C657 of Leasing Group JSC (Kazakhstan) in the official "A" listing category

/KASE, November 30, 07/ - By the decision of the Exchange council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) dated November 29, 2007 Leasing Group JSC (Almaty) was turned down in inclusion of its bonds KZPC1Y05C657 in KASE's official "A" listing category. According to the paragraph 3 of article 18 of the Listing rules, the decision about including securities in KASE's official list is made by means of calculating the simple majority from the total number of votes of members of the Exchange council. Set of lesser number of votes means the denial in listing of particular securities. For including bonds of Leasing Group JSC in KASE's official "A" listing category voted 6 members of the Exchange council, against - 4, abstained - 3. By KASE's Exchange council on October 11, 2007 was already considered the question about inclusion of bonds KZPC1Y05C657 of Leasing Group JSC to KASE's category "A" official list. Then fro inclusion of mentioned bonds to KASE's category "A" official list 6 members of Exchange council had voted, 4 - against, 3, abstained. The specified issue of bonds is the first in the frames of first bonds' program of the company. Issue of named bonds was registered by Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations on August 12, 2007 was included to State register of securities under C65-1 number.
