Changes in staff of Board of directors of UKTMC JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, November 11, 07/ - Ust-Kamenogorskiy titanium-magnesium combine JSC (UKTMC, Ust-Kamenogorks), shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official list had informed KASE about changes in staff of company's Board of directors. According to message since October 1, 2007 voluntary had thrown the authorities of member of Board of directors of UKTMC JSC Damitov Kadyrzhan due to appointment to the post of Chairman of Board of National company SBC Ertis JSC.
