Register-Center JSC (Almaty) is the register holder of the company.

According to the extract the total number of announced and offered common shares of KazAgrofinance JSC is 28,825,591.

By the mentioned date all shares were in nominal holding of Central securities depository JSC (Almaty), according to data of which the owner of 100% shares is National holding KazAgro JSC (Astana).
