Kazakhstan gives the state fund $1 bn. for crediting of business

/REUTERS, Astana, Raushan Nurhsayeva, October 16, 07/ - Government of Kazakhstan on Tuesday included changes to the budget of current year, increasing its incomes and losses, directing the main stake of additional funds - $1 bn. - to state fund Kazyna for crediting of economy. Minister of economy and budget planning Bakhyt Sultanov told on the session of Cabinet that incomes of budget are increased by KZT175.1 bn. ($1.45 bn.) to KZT2.273 tr., losses - by KZT155.7 bn. to KZT2.503 tr. Deficit reduced from KZT271.2 bn. to KZT229.6 bn. Government extracts KZT122 bn. (more than $1 bn) to state fund Kazyna, to contention of which are included state Bank of development, and other financial institutions, Sultanov told. "Financing would be conducted through development institutions, which can provide the continuation of financing through banking system of small and middle business' organizations on the terms, acceptable for them, and also for realization of priority investment projects", - the Minster told.
