For the first 9 months of 2007 volume of all transactions at KASE, including STF RFCA, increased 2.3 times relative to corresponding period of 2006
/IRBIS, Vitaliy Tomskiy, October 5, 07/ - For the first nine months of 2007 total volume of transactions made in all sectors of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), including special trading floor of regional financial center of Almaty (STF RFCA) reached equivalent of $238,544.8 m. or KZT29,360.8 bn. Compared to corresponding period of 2006 volume of transactions increased 2.3 times measured in dollars and 2.29 times measured in tenge.
Relative to the previous nine-month period (April-December of 2006) exchange turnover has increased 1.67 times in dollar and by 1.64 times in tenge equivalent.
Following is the comparative table of volumes of deals made at KASE in January - September 2007,as well as dynamics of the turnover structure of the Exchange's market (in m USD, unless otherwise specified). The calculation was made in terms of dollar.
