by an official letter informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) about
conducting the analysis of Company's financial situation as of July 1, 2007.
The Representative of holders informs that based upon the conducted
analysis of financial report of the Company as of July 1, 2007, the Company
is able to meet its liabilities.
