M. Lomtadze appointed Chairman of Executive committee of BANK CASPIAN JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, July 26, 07/ - BANK CASPIAN JSC (Almaty), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE a press-release, which says that Mikhail Lomtadze has been appointed for the post of the Chairman of the bank's Executive committee. According to the message M. Lomtadze has substituted Nurmukhamed Bektemisov "in accordance with Bektemisov's changing the post". The bank says at present M. Lomtadze's candidature is being coordinated with the proper regulating state structures. "Before the appointment Mr. Lomtadze was a member of BANK CASPIAN JSC's Board of directors and controlled retail crediting, risks, finance and information technologies", - the release says.
