Kazinvestbank JSC (Kazakhstan) has announced about change in the structure of the shareholders of the bank

/KASE, July 16,07/ - Kazinvestbank JSC (Alamty), the securities ofwhich
are traded on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "A" of the
official list, had notified KASE in its official letter that on July 10, 2007, the
acquisition of 40 % of the bank's stocks by the European Bank of the
Reconstruction and Development and City Venture Capital International
(CVCI) was concluded.
"Each of the sides invested a capital of $20 m. EBRD made a direct
investment in the shareholders' capital while CVCI acquired common shares
and convertible bonds of Kazinvestbank JSC", - is said in the message.
According to the announcement, by the end of the deal, the main (first level)
capital of the bank exceeded $72 m., and the amount of assets reached
$280 m.
According to the information of the bank, the new structure of the
shareholders who owns five percent and more of the shares looks in the
following way: EBRD - 24.63% of the voting shares; Kapparov Nurlan -
24.19%; Dosayev Erbolat - 15.75%; Kaniev Berik - 15,02%; Pak Yurii-
10.16%; CVCI, GF - 9.39%; CVCI, Col - 0.49%; others другие - 0.38%.
