/IRBIS, Sergey Yakovlev, July 6, 07/ - In June 2007 total volume of transactions made in all sectors of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), including special trade floor of regional financial center of Almaty (STF RFCA) in dollar expression increased relatively to the previous month by 42.7% and made the equivalent of $35,410.7 m. In tenge equivalent the growth is estimated at 44.7% and the volume of exchange operations - 4,321.5 bn.
Relative to June 2006 the volume of exchange turnover in described month has increased 3.26 times in dollar and 3.3 times in tenge equivalent.
The specified volume of exchange deals is the highest monthly turnover of KASE for the whole history of its existence. Previous record - $27.9 bn. or KZT3,035.8 bn. - was fixed on KASE in April of the current year.
