Board of directors of Holding KAZEXPORTASTYK JSC (Kazakhstan) accepted the decision about issuing of second bonds' program

/KASE, June 7, 07/ - Holding KAZEXPORTASTYK JSC (Astana, further - the company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had informed KASE by the official letter that on May 10, 2007 by Board of directors of company were accepted the next decisions: - To make the issue of second bonds' program with volume KZT10.0 bn. in amount of 10.0 m. copies; - To make the firs issue of bonds in the limits of second bonds' program for amount of KZT5.0 bn., in quantity equal to 5.0 m. bonds with face value KZT1,000.0 each; - To select Paritet-Register JSC (Kostanay) as the registrar, maintaining the register system of bondholders and sing a contract with them.
