/KASE, June 1, 07/ - On May 31, 2007 Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE)
conducted the seminar "Organized stock market: practical questions of
admittance and circulation of securities".
As organizer of seminar was acting KASE, as general sponsor - JPA
International Audit Garant LLP. Information support to seminar was provided
by analytical magazine "Market of securities of Kazakhstan" and magazine
"Litchniye dengi".
Aims and tasks of seminar were explanation to participants of market of
practical aspects of listing requirements and procedures, which were worked
by KASE for 10 years and application of them on market, and also lighting of
problems, appearing during interaction of KASE with initiators of admittance.
Seminar was opened by President of KASE Djoldasbekov A.M., who in his
addressing to participant had made the official application
about politics of KASE in relation of audit organizations of Kazakhstan.
"KASE considers as professional audit union only the Chamber of Auditors of
Republic of Kazakhstan and will give to the Chamber the reports of new
audit organizations with the aim of their qualified evaluation", - A.M.
Djoldasbekov informed.

Audit Garant LP in Almaty;
- Listing of shares' investment funds on the exchange
Speaker: Sakhipova L.A., head of Juridical service of Centras Securities
JSC;
- Role of financial consultant on the organized market of securities in
Republic of Kazakhstan
Speaker : Nurgaliyeva L.K., head of Department of internal borrowings of
Capital markets department of Kazkommerts Invest JSC.
The passed seminar had become the pioneer from the series of seminars for
issuers
and investors, which are planned by KASE for conduction in year 2007 in
Kazakhstan regions with participation of Agency for regulating the activities
of regional financial center of Almaty.
The need in conduction of these seminars was caused by transfer of KASE
to active marketing politics due to changes in legislation about market of
securities.
