Participants of Credit partnership ORDA credit (Kazakhstan) accepted the decision about increasing of authorized capital and payment of dividends for Q1 of year 2007

/KASE, May 17, 07/ - Credit partnership ORDA credit LLP (Shymkent, further - the company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list had informed KASE by official letter about results of prescheduled general meeting of its participants, which had taken place on May 12, 2007.. By the message of the issuer on the meeting were considered all questions of agenda and were accepted the next decisions: to increase the size of authorized capital to KZT1,517.0 m. by depositing of additional fees proportionally to the stake of each participant during two months; to accept the new participants to the staff in case of not depositing by the acting participants of the whole amount of compulsory fees in fixed terms; to distribute income of last years among participants and pay the dividends for the firs quarter of year 2007.
