/IRBIS, Ruslan Dzyubaylo, May 2, 07/ - Within the first four months of 2007, volume of purchase and sale transactions with government securities (GS) made on Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), including bonds of domestic executive bodies, totaled KZT324.0 bn. ($2,615.1 m.) and increased 1.73 times relative to the similar period of last year (1.80 times in dollar expression).

In the whole 2006 the volume of corresponding transactions with GS on KASE was KZT837.1 bn. ($6,621.5 m.).
