/KASE, April 9, 07/ - Almaty distillery plant JSC (Almaty), shares of which are included in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category, has provided KASE with the copy of the certificate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations (AFS) dated April 2, 2007 about the state registration of the company's first issue of bonds. In accordance with the certificate, the volume of issue is KZT2.0 bn. with face value of a security at KZT1,000. The issue is divided into 2.0 m. coupon unsecured bonds, which were conferred the national identification number KZ2C0Y05C523.
