NAC Kazatomprom JSC informed of the face value and tenth coupon payment on its KZ2CKY05A523 (KZAPb1) bonds

/KASE, April 2, 07/ - NAC Kazatomprom JSC (Almaty) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter that on April 2, 2007 the bank paid the face value and tenth coupon to holders of its KZ2CKY05A523 bonds indexed on level of tenge to USD devaluation (KASE's official "A" listing category, KZAPb1; KZT100, KZT2.3 bn.; April 1, 02 - April 1, 07, semi-annual coupon, 8.50% APR). According to the message of the issuer, the amount of payment made KZT1,425,782,399.45, including: the main debt - KZT367,656,978.00; coupon remuneration - KZT57,962,911.00; corporate income tax, retained from the payment source ( KZT162,510.00. Actually, deducting the income tax, it was paid KZT1,425,619,889.02 to bonds holders. Resulting from the above-mentioned amount of the payment for the main debt by the register fixation date (March 1, 2007) 76.6% registered bonds were in circulation.
