/IRBIS, Natalya Kuznetsova, March 26, 07/ - Ulbinsk metallurgic plant JSC (Ust-Kamenogorsk, the company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, provided KASE with a copy of decision of its sole shareholder - NAC Kazatomprom JSC (Almaty) dated March 7, 2007.

According to the presented document, the company's shareholder adopted a decision about closing a deal, in the accomplishment of which there is an interest, namely a contract about passing of the right for subsurface use between the company and UlbaFtorComplex LLP in order to conduct works on fluorite mining at Karadzhal field (East-Kazakhstan region), which belongs to the company on the basis of contract dated April 10, 2006 # 2008.

Company's primary activities are production and processing of uranium, beryllium, and tantalum products.
