/KASE, March 26, 07/ - Ulbinsk metallurgic plant JSC (Ust- Kamenogorsk), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, by an official letter notified KASE of a prescheduled termination of authorities of the company's Board of directors.

According to the presented document, the following entered the staff of the company's Board of directors:

- Mukhtar Dzhakishev - a President of NAC Kazatomprom JSC, a chairman of the Board of directors of Ulbinsk metallurgic plant JSC;
- Dmitriy Parfenov - a vice-president of NAC Kazatomprom JSC;
- Sergey Yashin - a vice-president of NAC Kazatomprom JSC;
- Nurlan Mussin - a chairman of the Board, a General director of Ulbinsk metallurgic plant JSC;
- Yergazy Kenzhin - an independent director;
- Petr Chakrov - an independent director.
