/KASE, March 12, 07, repetition of the news for March 7, 07/ - In Kazakhstan
is initiating the creation of Center of corporate management and business
ethics (further - Center).
Initiative of creation of the Center is supporting by the program "Effective
management" (further - Program) of the Trade Ministry of USA with cooperation
with the Project of International financial corporation (IFC) on the
corporate management in Central Asia.
According to the message of the Program Coordinator, the mentioned
initiative had found the support from representatives of the Agency of
Republic of Kazakhstan of regulating and supervision over financial market
and organizations (AFS).
Currently on the stage of accepting of decisions are several companies.
In particular, Fund of stable development Kazyna JSC (Kazakhstan) intends
to become one of the founders of the Center and is able to share with the
accumulated experience. Exploration Production KazMunayGas JSC is able
to give the support and to share with experience. Astana-Nedvizhimost JSC
(Kazakhstan) expressed its ability to become one of the founders of the Center.
