Founders of Credit partnership ORDA credit LLP (Kazakhstan) had confirmed the annual financial statement and accepted the decision about dividends' payment

/KASE, March 6, 07/ - Credit partnership ORDA credit LLP (Shymkent, further - company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list, had provided KASE with the copy of protocol of annual general meeting of its founders, which had taken place on January 27, 2007. In accordance with agenda of the meeting the founders of the company had accepted the following decisions: To confirm the report of company's board for year 2006; To confirm the annual financial statement of the company for year 2006; To direct the part of profit, received by the totals of year 2006 on payment of dividends to the participants of the company calculating as 120.0 tenge per each 1,000.0 tenge of authorized capital, and the rest part of the profit left in the company. Payment of dividends to start since February 12, 2007; To confirm the estimate of charges and incomes of the company for year 2007; To confirm the Board of the company in the following staff: Azbekov Z.K. (Chairman of board), Sorochenko D.F., Korobetskaya I.A.; To left the credit committee in the same staff; To confirm the internal regulation about risk management department; To confirm the increasing of credit line in Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty) to KZT411,690,000 with term for five years with the interest rate 12% APR; To redeem from MCO ORTA nesiye LLP 100% stake of participation in UKKLP LLP for amount of KZT 3 m.; To the board of the company to conduct the preliminary work for widening of company's activities and attraction to the authorized capital of the additional KZT750 m..
