Exchange council of KASE adopted decisions about sanctions, applied to listing companies, who failed to follow requirements on information disclosure

/KASE, February 23, 07/ - On February 22, 2007 the meeting of the
Exchange Council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) took place, at
which an issue about sanctions regarding several listing companies, which
failed to follow requirements of KASE on information disclosure.
The Exchange Council of KASE adopted the following decisions:
- not to charge the stipulated by Listing rules forfeit for failure to provide
information on time in respect of:
- Almaty distillery JSC (Almaty),
- Bayan Sulu JSC (Kostanay),
- Mangistaumunaygas JSC (Aktau),
- REMIKS-R JSC (Almaty),
- JV Insurance company London-Almaty JSC (Almaty),
- Temirbank JSC (Almaty),
- Ore mining and processing enterprise Tort Kudyk LLP (Astana),
- Small entrepreneurship development fund JSC (Almaty),
- ISKE SAT COMPANY JSC (Almaty),
- RESMI COMMERCE LLP (Almaty);
to send letters to these companies about non-admission of such violations of
the Listing rules in future;
- to oblige the following listing companies to present the required
information to KASE until April 1, 2007 with the charge of forfeit with
respect to these companies for breach of terms of information
presentation, stipulated by the Listing rules:
- Aktobemunay-finance JSC (Aktobe),
- Almaty Sugar JSC (Almaty),
- Atyraumunaygas geology JSC (Atyrau),
- BUILD INVESTMENT GROUP JSC (Astana),
- Mining and smelting concern Kazakhaltyn JSC (Akmola region),
- National atomic company Kazatomprom JSC (Almaty),
- Holding KAZEXPORTASTYK JSC (Astana),
- Kant JSC (Taraz),
- Corporation Ordabasy JSC (Almaty),
- Mangistau distributive electrical network supply company JSC
(Aktau),
- ROSA JSC (Pavlodar);
- to charge the stipulated by Listing rules forfeit for breaking the terms of
submission of information in respect of:
- BANK CASPIAN JSC (Almaty),
- KAZTSINK JSC (Ust-Kamenogorsk),
- CNPC-Aktobemunaygas JSC (Aktobe),
- Ust-Kamenogorsk battery farm JSC (East Kazakhstan region).
