The Expert council of special trade floor RFCA is formed

/KASE, February 20, 07/ - Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) informs that is determined the staff of Expert council - the corporate body, authorized for acceptance of decisions based on the conclusions of Listing commission of special trade floor of regional financial center of Almaty (further - special trade floor) about admittance of non-governmental securities for circulation on special trade floor in the sector "Non-listing securities", about inclusion of non-governmental securities to the official list of special trade floor, about exclusion of non-governmental securities from number of securities admitted to circulation on special trade floor in the sector "Non-listing securities", about delisting. To the staff of Expert council entered: - Chairman of Expert council - ALDAMBERGEN Alina - deputy Chairman of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan of regulating the activities of regional financial center of Almaty (ARA RFCA), in case of her absence - ALIMGAZIYEVA Gulnara - acting as director of Department of development of ARA RFCA; - HADZHIYEVA Mariya - deputy director of Department of supervision over subjects of securities' market and accumulative pension funds of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan of regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS), in case of her absence - TASHMETOV Mirlan - head of Administration of prudential regulating of Department of supervision over subjects of securities' market and accumulative pension funds of AFS; - KYSHPANAKOV Viktor - deputy Chairman of Board of BCC Invest JSC - daughter organization of Bank CenterCredit JSC, in case of his absence - BEKTANOV Kayrat - Director of Daughter organization of the joint stock company Bank TuranAlem TuranAlem Securities JSC; - ABDRAZAKOV Yeldar - Chairman of Board of directors of Centras Securities JSC, in case of his absence - OSPANOV Aydar - Chairman of Board of Investment Financial House RESMI JSC; - JOLDASBEKOV Azamat - President of KASE, in case of his absence SABITOB Idel - First Vice-president of KASE. In accordance with paragraph 6 of article 15 of KASE's internal document "Rules of organization and functioning of special trade floor of regional financial center of Almaty" the Expert council is forming with term for one year since the date following the date of determination of the last member of Expert council in amount of 5 persons in the following composition: - One representative of ARA RFCA, determined by the order of Chairman of ARA RFCA; - One representative of AFS, determined by order of Chairman of AFS; - Two members of Exchange council of KASE, excluding President of exchange, determined by the decision of Exchange council; - One member of KASE's Board, determined by the decision of its Board. Expert council was finally formed after appointing Hadzhiyeva M.J. as representative of AFS in Expert council by the order of Chairman of AFS dated February 26, 2007 #76. [2007-02-20]
