Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC informed about ending of the company's reorganization

/KASE, February 19, 07/ - Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC (Almaty region, Abay village), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, spread a press release, which says: Quotation start Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC, one of the leading industrial groups in Kazakhstan, today announced about ending of the company's reorganization and forming of two daughter enterprises, which enter the group - Kagazy Recycling LLP and PEAK LLP. Kagazy Recycling LLP is the largest producer of paper and cardboard from waste paper in Kazakhstan, PEAK LLP is the industrial developer company, which develops the unreclaimed land under the industrial development, construction of objects for industrial and warehouse purpose, and also rendering of logistics services (transportation, custom clearance). The reorganization was conducted both with requirements of the European bank for reconstruction and development (EBRD), and with the objective to increase efficiency of development of primary directions of the company's activity and introduction of new brands.
