Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC intends to introduce changes into following bonds prospects

/KASE, February 7, 07/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the Company), of which bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE by the official letter of that for the purpose of elimination of incorrect formula in prospects of following bonds issue: KZ2CKY10A986 (KZIKb3); KZ2CKY05B216 (KZIKb5); KZ2CKY07B220 (KZIKb6); KZ2CKY07B303 (KZIKb7); KZ2CKY10B315 (KZIKb8); KZPC2Y12B547 (KZIKb12); KZPC4Y10B547 The Company intends to submit the application to the Authorized department in order to execute the state registration of changes in above- mentioned documents. According to the message, the Company plans to change the clause "In case the value (inflation rate minus 100) becomes negative, that is the deflation will take place, in order to calculate the coupon rate, the value of inflation rate equal to zero is accepted" for "In case the value (inflation rate minus 100) becomes negative, that is the deflation will take place, in order to calculate the coupon rate, the value (inflation rate minus 100) equal to zero is accepted."
