AFS registered the third and the forth bonds issues of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC within second bonds issue program

/KASE, January 15, 07/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are traded under official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), presented KASE copies of certificates of the Kazakhstan Agency for regulation and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations (AFS) dated January 5, 2007 about the state registration of the third and fourth issue of bonds within the second bonds issue program. According to the given document the issue size amounted KZT5 bn each with face value of KZT1. The third issue was divided into 5 bn. discount mortgage bonds, which were assigned the national identification number of KZPC3Y01B548, the forth issue of bonds - into 5.0 bn coupon mortgage bonds, which were assigned the national identification number KZPC4Y10B547. The mentioned issues were inserted into the State register of securities under B54-3 and B54-4, respectively. [2007-01-15]
