In 2006 volume of all transactions at KASE reached equivalent of $169.3 bn. and grew 2.1 times relative to last year
/IRBIS, Sergey Yakovlev, January 9, 07/ - In 2006 total volume of transactions made in all sectors of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) reached equivalent of $169,344.6 m. or KZT21,351.0 bn. Compared to 2005 volume of transactions grew 2.1% measured in dollars and 2.0% times measured in tenge.
Following is the comparative table of volumes of deals made at KASE in 2006 and 2005, as well as dynamics of the turnover structure of the Exchange's market (in m USD, unless otherwise specified). The calculation was made in terms of dollar.
