/REUTERS, December 12, 06/ - The international rating agency Fitch assigned the expected long-term rating "BB+" to the upcoming eurobonds issue of TuranAlem Finance B.V. The coupon rate of the issue was determined yesterday. The final rating will be assigned resulting from materials to confirm the existent data, Fitch informed. Expectedly, securities with the floating rate note (FRN) to be paid off in 2009 will be denominated in English pound, the message says. The issue is executed within the frameworks of the midterm international program for $3 bn, securities of which with the term over one year have the rating "BB+", and short-term (less than one year) - "B".
