/KASE, November 13, 06/ - Eurasian Bank JSC (Almay, hereinafter - the bank), of which bonds are circulating in the official list of securities of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) under "A" category, has presented KASE the copy of the decision of the single shareholder - Eurasian financial- industrial company JSC (Almaty) dated November 9 2006. According to the presented document, the single shareholder of the bank took decisions as follows (the quotes from the mentioned document is given further): 1. "To confirm Changes and additions #2 in Prospect of bonds issue of the joint stock company Eurasian Bank, which was registered on October 22, 2004 (the issue was inserted in State register of securities under #В36)." 2.
