KazTransCom JSC has informed of dividends payment on preferred shares for 2005

/KASE, October 27, 06/ - KazTransCom JSC (Almaty, further - company), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, has informed KASE that on November 30, 2006 the company will start to pay dividends on preferred shares for 2005. As it was informed earlier, on the annual general meeting of company's shareholders, which had take place on August 28, 2006 it was accepted the decision to direct on dividends payment on the preferred shares for year 2005 KZT2.3 m. based on calculation 20.0 tenge per 1 share.
