KASE will not apply penalty sanctions to several listing companies

/KASE, October 13, 06/ - On October 12, 2006 the meeting of Exchange's Council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) took place, at which the question on sanctions with respect to the following companies, which presented financial statements with violations of the fixed terms, was considered: Kazneftekhim JSC, Mangistaumunaygas JSC and ROSA JSC. Exchange Council took a decision not to apply penalty sanctions to the above-mentioned companies, having warned them about non-admission of such violations in future. [2006-10-13]
