Kazkommertsbank JSC (Kazakhstan) will improve the secure of internet-payments by Visa and MasterCard

/KASE, October 10, 06/ - Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty), of which shares and bonds are traded in official securities list of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) under "A" category, informs of launch of the new service with using the technology "3-D Secure" and the analogical one to the first "MasterCard SecureCode" for holders of payments cards of Kazkommertsbank JSC and owners of Internet shops. Henceforward a holder of the payment card, while doing shopping in Internet stores, will be re-addressed to the special web site of Kazkommertsbank at the time of transaction making, where he is supposed to log in under the secret password, analogically to the procedure, which is performed while entering PIN-code in the cash dispenser. It is possible to do the card secured directly in Homebank.kz. Starting from December of year 2006, all clients - holders of Kazkommertsbank JSC's cards - will be able to make payments by Internet only through 3-D system. As well as all internet-stores, receiving payments by ePay system, will also serve online transactions by means of that technology.
