From the documents enclosed with the letter it comes that on October 4 2006 from the personal account of Gregory Nowl Studer were copied 386,970 common KZ1C37080013 shares of Bank and were entered to the personal account of Gekko Igor. So Gregory Nowl Studer leaved the number of shareholders of Bank, and stake of Gekko Igor - foreign citizen, having the residential in Republic of Kazakhstan, in the total amount of the offered KZ1C37080013 shares reached 19.99765% because to the pointed date on his personal account are reckoned 399.953 shares of Bank.
