Eurasian Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) informed about the 1st coupon payment on its KZ2CKY07B915 (EUBNb3) issue bonds

/KASE, October 5, 06/ - Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter that on October 5, 2006 the bank paid the first coupon to holders of its KZ2CKY07B915 issue subordinate bonds (KASE's official "А" listing category; EUBNb3; KZT100, KZT10.0 bn.; April 5, 06 - April 5, 13, semi-annual coupon indexed on inflation rate, 8.00% APR for the reporting period). According to the issuer's information total amount of the payment equaled to KZT212,164,800.00, including income tax, retained from payment source - KZT4,146,720.00 m. Eurasian Bank also informed that by the date of register fixation (October 4, 2006) 53.04% of registered bonds of given issue were in circulation, out of them owners of 69.57% from the total number of offered securities were accumulative pension funds, 16.07% - second tier banks, 12.95% - investment companies, 1.3% - an insurance company and 0.08% - a broker- dealer company.
