/KASE, September 20, 06, re-sent because of new edition of the last
paragraph/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty), bonds of which
are trading in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) лA" category official
list, informed KASE that on September 6 2006 by the Agency of Republic
of Kazakhstan of financial market and financial organizations supervision
(AFS) were registered changes and additions in the prospects of following
issued bonds of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company:
- KZ2CKY10A853 (KZIKb2; KZT1, KZT2.4 bn.; August 11, 03 - October 1,
13, semi-annual coupon indexed by inflation rate, 10,70% APR for the
current coupon period);
- KZ2CKY10A986 (KZIKb3; KZT1, KZT4.5 bn.; December 1, 03 - April 1,
14, semi0annual coupon indexed by inflation rate, 9,90% APR for the
current coupon period);
- KZ2CKY10B075 (KZIKb4; KZT1, KZT4.5 bn.; February 1, 04 - April 1,
14, semi-annual coupon indexed by inflation rate, 9,40% APR for the
current coupon period);
- KZPC1Y10B543 (KZIKb11; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; April 10, 05 - April 10, 15,
semi-annual coupon 6,90% APR).
The named changes and additions concern the order of maturity of bonds of
the mentioned issues, including partial prescheduled maturity, and also
interest payments for them.
