/KASE, September 7, 06/ - Ornek XXI JSC (Almaty, further - company), securities of which are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official list of "A" category, provided KASE with copy of decision of its only shareholder - AE Investment LLP (Almaty) from September 5 2006. According to the submitted document by the only shareholder of the company it was accepted the decision about approval of Corporate governance code of company. Company's primary activities - trade-purchasing, mediatorial activity, production and selling of potter's, majolic and ceramic goods of common purpose, production and selling of facing ceramic brick, ceramic and facing tile.
