AFS has announced shares issue of PAVLODARENERGOSERVICE JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, August 25, 06/ - PAVLODARENERGOSERVICE JSC (Pavlodar), shares and bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, has furnished KASE with a copy of certificate about the state registration of the company's announced shares' issue. The issue was registered by Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFS) on August 18, 2006 in connection with enlargement of the number of the announced shares of PAVLODARENERGOSERVICE JSC. Pursuant to the mentioned document the issue was divided into 12,098,400 common shares of KZ1C33660016 issue. The issue is inserted into the state register of securities under А3366number.
