/KASE, July 28, 06/ - Exploration Production KazMunayGas JSC (Astana), whose common shares are included in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, notifies its shareholders about the priority right for purchasing common shares of the company, being offered at the moment, on the following terms: - total number of shares, being offered, is 27,169.83; - ratio of the number of offered shares (with the deduction of purchased by the Company) to the number of securities, being offered - 1.584521316; - offering price of one share is KZT250.00. Shareholders, owning common shares as of July 25, 2006, have the right of common shares priority purchase on equal terms in proportion with the number of shares in their ownership. The term, during which shareholders of the company can submit bids for purchasing shares in compliance with the right for privilege purchase, is 30 days since the day of publication of the present proposal in mass media. Shareholders of the Company can purchase the specified shares to address: street1, building 2, floor 9, Department of assets managing, Astana city, left coast. Shares issue of the company was registered by Kazakhstan Agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision on August 15, 2005 and divided into 70,220,935 KZ1C51460018 issue common shares and 4,136,107 KZ1P51460114 issue preferred shares. The issue was included in the state securities register under A5146number.
