KazakhGold - the Asaubayev family and the member of the board of directors of
company - Peter Deresberry are planning to sell shares to the sum of $115 m.,

As it says, the volume of deal may come to at least 10% of KazakhGold.
"Tomorrow the company is going to publish press release, but we can't confirm
