Net income of year 2005 Rakhat JSC (Kazakhstan) will spend on production development

/KASE, July 18, 06/ - Rakhat JSC (Almaty, hereinafeter - the company), whose common shares are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) securities list under "B" category, has provided KASE with the copy of the minutes of annual general shareholders meeting, which took place on July 21, 2006. In compliance with agenda of shareholders meeting, following decisions were taken: - to approve the report of Board of directors about financial-managing activity of the company in year 2005; - to approve financial statements of the company for year 2005; - to spend net income of the company in size of KZT946.8 m., gotten in year 2005, on production development; - to approve Code of corporate management of the company.
