Changes in staff of shareholders of KazAgroTrade+ LLP (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, July 18, 06/ - KazAgroTrade+ LLP (Astana, hereinafter - the company), whose bonds are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) securities list under "B" category, has provided KASE with the copy of the minutes of prescheduled general shareholders meeting of the company, which took place on June 26, 2006. In compliance with agenda of the meeting, shareholders of the company took following decisions: - to receive in staff of the company's shareholders Yevgeniy Yorchenko; - to consider as drop-out from participants list of the company Meram Sagymbaev and Dostyl-06 LLP by means of transfer of their stakes in authorized capital of the company in size of 35% and 15%, correspondingly, to Yevgeniy Yorchenko.
