/KASE, July 6, 06/ - Kazakhtelecom JSC (Astana), whose shares are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, provided KASE with the extract from shareholders registers system complied as of July 1, 2006.

The company's shareholders registers system is Register-Service JSC (Almaty).

According to the extract, total number of KZ1C12280417 issue registered common shares as of the above date was 10,922,876, KZ1P12280412 issue preferred - 1,213,653. The registrar considers as issued all the shares. 810,459 preferred shares were on the reissue account of the issuer.

According to the registrar's information, a holder of five and more percents from total number of offered bank's shares of Kazakhtelecom JSC were:
