For 6 months of 2006 the volume of all transactions has grown 1.4 times relatively corresponding period of 2005 on KASE
/IRBIS, Sergey Yakovlev, July 5, 06/ - For six months of 2006 summary volume of transactions at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) in all sectors of the market has reached USD57,331.7 m. or KZT7,252.6 bn. In comparison with corresponding period of 2005 the volume of transactions grew by 40,9% in dollar and by 35.5% in tenge.
Relatively previous six-monthly period (July - December of 2005) exchange turnover grew by 44.4% in dollar and 35.7% in tenge.
Comparable table of indicators of the volume of deals on KASE in January - June of 2006, and also dynamics of exchange turnover structure (m. USD, if other is not specified) are given below. Evaluation was made in dollar turnover.
