Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC to pay dividends for 2005

/KASE, June 16, 06/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, has informed KASE by an official letter that its sole shareholder, which is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the person of Finance ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by the order dated June 9, 2006 #204 approved company's annual financial statements for 2005 and made decision about dividend payment on common shares of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC at the rate of 10% from company's net income for 2005.
