/KASE, June 16, 06/ - Holding KAZEXPORTASTYK JSC (Astana), whose bonds
are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category,
presented to KASE a copy of certificate of the Agency of the Republic of
Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial
organizations (AFS) dated June 9, 2006 about state registration of the second
bond issue within the frameworks of the company's bond program.
According to the certificate, the issue volume is KZT6.0 bn. with face value of
bond at KZT1,000.00. The issue is divided into 6.0 m. debenture coupon bonds,
which are assigned the national identification number KZPC2Y05С051. The issue
was input into the State register of securities under С05-2 number.
The bond program of the company was registered by AFS on April 14 of 2006,
under the number of C05 for a total of KZT10.0 bn.
