/IRBIS, Assel Omarova, May 12, 06/ - Sumbe JSC (Almaty), within listing
requirements, has presented to Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE)
consolidated financial statements for the first quarter of 2006. Similar
indicator for 2005 is given in parentheses.
According to the presented data for the first quarter of 2006, net income
of the company for mentioned period made KZT4,673.9 thousand and fell by
KZT34,346.2 thousand (KZT39,020.1 thousand) in comparison with
corresponding period of 2005.
According to data of Sumbe JSC main activity income for the first three
months made KZT398,035.7 thousand (KZT18,346.9 thousand) under its
cost price of realized goods (services, works) made KZT282,541.4 thousand
(expenditures on cost price in the first quarter of 2005 were absent).
Assets of the company as of March 31 of 2006 made KZT4,176.8 m. as in
the beginning of the year the given indicator equaled to KZT3,134.6 m.
Shareholders' equity of the company as of March 31 2006 reached
KZT1,420.6 m. having increased by KZT26.8 m.(KZT1,393.8 m.) since the
beginning of the year. Authorized capital by the end of the first quarter
of 2006 is estimated by the company at KZT182.0 m. and it has not been
changed since the beginning of the year. Extra unpaid capital at the
company on data of accounting balance made KZT1,117.8 m. (KZT1,159.9 m.).
