Measures taken in view of sanctions:

Subsidiary VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC due to the introduction of blocking sanctions by the United States and sanction prohibitions and restrictions of the European Union has been suspended on KASE from carrying out US dollar and euro transactions in the currency market, in the securities market – from trading in securities denominated in foreign currency, as well as from conclusion of transactions settled in foreign currencies. In addition, new borrowing transactions of the Bank in the repo and currency swap markets and offering of its corporate debt on KASE are prohibited. Subsidiary organization of VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) was excluded fro KASE membership in "currency", "stock" and "derivatives" categories due to voluntary withdrawal from memvership.
