KASE presented initiatives for development of Kazakhstan's capital market at the global forum in Shenzhen

Ainagul Iskakova, Deputy Chairperson of the KASE's Management Board, joined the international discussion on the future of global capital markets at the 2026 Shenzhen Stock Exchange Global Investor Conference in Shenzhen, as part of the panel session "Global Capital Market Development and Cooperation: From Product Connectivity to Ecosystem Co-construction", along with heads of leading exchanges from Asia and Europe.

The discussion focused on the global trend of regulating the digital assets and integrating them into traditional financial infrastructure, as well as the new phase of reforms of Kazakhstan's capital market. Building the bridges between traditional capital markets and instruments based on blockchain infrastructure without leaving the trusted exchange infrastructure remains a hot topic.

Kazakhstan's capital market reforms are aimed at creating a more flexible, technologically advanced and internationally integrated market infrastructure which goal is transferring a significant portion of unregulated digital asset turnover into a transparent, reliable and regulated environment. KASE is starting with relatively simple and transparent products that are already understandable to investors.

"Furthermore, today the global investors require not only access to trading platforms but also seamless access to high-quality, standardized and comparable market data. This is why KASE is developing the KASE Market Data Hub project", noted Ainagul Iskakova.
